By purchasing from or booking with Pretty Ez Nails, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order or scheduling an appointment.

Custom & Handmade Products

All press-on nails are handmade and customized. Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been processed.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size. Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering. Pretty Ez Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing. A sizing kit is strongly recommended if you are unsure.

Color & Design Variations

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Because each set is handmade, minor variations may occur and are considered part of the custom process.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times are listed at checkout. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Pretty Ez Nails is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping errors once the package has been shipped.

Press-On Nail Wear & Care

Proper nail prep, application, and removal are required for best results. Wear time varies by individual and lifestyle. Pretty Ez Nails is not responsible for damage caused by improper application or removal.

No Guarantee of Wear Time

While press-on nails may last up to 2+ weeks with proper care, wear time is not guaranteed and varies per individual.

Salon Appointment Policies 

Deposits

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service price.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling

Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. Reschedules made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Policy

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will have their appointment canceled and will forfeit their deposit. This policy is strictly enforced to respect scheduled appointment times.

No-Show Policy

No-shows without communication will be charged 50% of the original service price and may be restricted from booking future appointments.

Service Refusal

Pretty Ez Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with salon policies or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Health & Safety

Pretty Ez Nails is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please notify your nail technician of any sensitivities prior to service. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and contact your local physician. 

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content are the property of Pretty Ez Nails and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Policy Updates

Pretty Ez Nails reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
